The aim of the LVM Forest Olympics is to promote creative and healthy studying outside the Latvian school premises – in fresh air, and also to teach children an understanding about Latvia’s largest renewable resource – forest. For the second year, the task of the competition is to create an educational outdoor game about forest, using materials found in nature, this game must not only be played with classmates but also a video tutorial with instructions needs to be made, so that those materials would help to play this game by children and teachers of other schools.
