LVM Nature Park in Tērvete issues a brochure for children

LVM Nature Park in Tērvete has created a brochure especially for children "Join the fairytale quest!" ("Ejam kopā pasakā!"), which encourages using all senses to get to know the magnificent world of the Nature Park.

In it, the youngest visitors of the park will find various assignments that are related to fun and short facts about the LVM Nature Park in Tērvete. Large photos, texts in block letters and illustrations by the park’s artist Liāna Šulce invites little ones together with their parents to travel into the largest fairytale land in the Northern Europe.

In the material, children are encouraged to observe and experience everything that is happening in the Nature Park - hear the murmur of river, deeply inhale the healthy air of pine forest, receive knowledge and enjoy the recreation. The little ones surely will love to colour dwarves and fairytale characters by Anna Brigadere, the older children will be carried away by the interesting assignments.

Brochure has been published in Latvian, Russian, Estonian and English. To the travellers of Latvia it will be available in the International Travel Trade Fair "Balttour 2016", as well as in Estonia in the fair "Tourest 2016".

LVM Nature Park in Tērvete is one of the most popular tourist destinations and family friendly places in Latvia. In 2015 it was visited by 149 000 young and old nature friends, more that 30 events were held in the park. Now LVM Nature Park in Tērvete has also become an environmental education centre of schoolchildren, providing educational excursions and lessons with a guide.
