Exciting weekend spent in LVM Nature Park in Tērvete
- Monday, 15 july 2019

The LVM Nature Park in Tērvete during summer months, on weekends, holds environmental story days – about the unusual, less known and exciting forest world.
On the previous weekend, the visitors of LVM Nature Park in Tērvete had a chance to get to know environmental stories “Day of the Unusual Ones”. This day in the forest of great pines was spent differently than usual.
Together with professional, enthusiastic and wise girls of Lady HUNT, the visitors of Nature Park created their own personal jewellery. Boys and men created hand jewellery from pieces of elk antlers, however, girls and ladies adorned themselves with pheasant, pigeon and duck feather headpieces, necklaces and bracelets. Nature also holds materials for beautiful jewellery, accessories and add accents to your everyday look.
However, with the fairytale characters of miraculous forest – Dwarf family, Stingy, Princess and Forest Witch – long forgotten knowledge was recovered.
The concert about the day of the Unusual Ones, nature and forest friends listened to a story about how each of us sees the world differently. Sometimes it is useful to change the viewpoint to appreciate the only unifying element for all of us – love – for family, friends, environment, forest, world... Day spent with kind songs and exciting stories, for some nature friends eyes were tearing up, because the story was close to heart, true and real!
