In the LVM Pokaiņi Forest the November, filled with rime sparkling in sunbeams, has given the floor to the magical month of celebration – December. Here, in the elevation of eastern Kursa, trails and wooden trails are covered with a thin layer of rime. Soil managed to freeze, but was not covered in snow, on weekends it holds the weight of many small children, mothers’ and fathers’, and also their four legged friends’, but sometimes the footprints of some heavier forest animal, pressed deeper in greyish brown soil, can be noticed even by the biggest daydreamer.
