Each year, the number of applications for Mammadaba Master Classes pleasantly increases. This year, more than 8,200 schoolchildren from 120 Latvian schools will try to obtain the titles of Master, Journeyman and Apprentice.
During this school year, applicant classes and interest groups will collect points by participating in nature clean-ups, planting forests, making and setting up birdhouses, taking part in the Forest Olympiad and visiting the sights of the environmental education programme “Learning about Forests”. Each class will have a chance to become a Mammadaba Master Class and receive green awards! The most hardworking teachers will be able to participate in an environmental education camp – further education courses. The most active schools will become Mammadaba embassies.
JSC “Latvia’s State Forests” (LVM) thanks all participants for their interest and trust, wishing successful and green activities in learning about forests during Mammadaba Master Classes.
