The LVM Nature Park in Tērvete is not just a perfect place for recreation for all generations, but is also an exciting destination for children's and interest groups’ camps, for workouts and relaxation in nature.
To relax after the long and competition packed season the new athletes of the Cycling club “BELO Cycling Project” combined the day stationary procedures at the “Rehabilitation Centre “Tērvete”” Ltd. with pleasant rides with mountain bikes through the territory of LVM Nature Park in Tērvete. New athletes used the marked cycling trails of Nature Park, trails around the LVM Tērvete Reservoir, the cycling trails close to rehabilitation centre and also trails popular amongst the visitors of the park – Horses Road, Gypsies’ Road, Roe Deer Road and other.
In the highs and lows, and in forest trails 22 children and youth until age 18 improved their endurance. The length of recreational trails reached 20 km. That is how the new Latvian cycling athletes relax after a hard season! The trainer of new cycling talents, Raivis Belohvošķiks, at the end of the camp expressed his gratitude to LVM Nature Park in Tērvete for the great opportunity to spend meaningful and active time.
