On Saturday, September 21, in the LVM Nature Park in Tērvete we will celebrate, praise and greet the Forest Harvest Festival! Here we are delighted with slowly colouring forest, wide hazels have ripened hazelnuts, bright red rowanberries and other surprising crop from the generous, abundant and loved Mother Nature.

In the Dwarfs’ Cottage from 12 noon until 2 PM with dances and autumn harvest games the forest friends will be welcomed by Songy. Together we will learn, play the diversity of forest crop, will be active in a forest surroundings and will breath in deeply the fresh air of autumnal forest.

However, from 12 noon until 4 PM in the Dwarfs’ Cottage both young and old visitors of the park will have a chance to create with their own hands a special autumn masterpiece inspired by the forest colours, materials and patterns. Other unusual story will be heard about the unusual option for using wax, it will be revealed by a special guest of dwarfs.

But nearby, down the slope, along the winding footpath, in a quiet of surrounding forest, in the dwarf town Čiekure from 12 noon until 4 PM – the Dwarf Forest Harvest Sports Games together with nimble dwarfs.

In the Fairytale Forest, in the Witch's Forest, at the Forest Witch from 12 noon until 5 PM you will learn some naughty, but, at the same time, sincere Witch's secret about forest.

You can catch the joy of colours in the Tērvete Butterfly House, where almost 300 winged beauties demonstrate their bright wings.
