On October 18, the annual JSC “Latvijas valsts meži” (LVM) further education courses for teachers will be held, where teachers of nature sciences, social sciences, mathematics and of other subjects are welcomed to participate.
Training will take place at the LVM Nature Park in Tērvete. During training participants will get acquainted with what Rīga Secondary School Nr 49 and Rīga Teika Secondary School have accomplished, will actively participate in bioeconomics workshops and think tanks, and also will talk about their previous experience. During the courses the new LVM methodological material “Bioeconomics in schools” will be presented and handed out.
Registration until October 5. Further education courses and transport from LVM Client Centre in Rīga, Vaiņodes street 1, to LVM Nature Park in Tērvete are free of charge.
